The bullet points are aimed to give you a quick impression of the areas covered. The number of lessons for each area are indicated with a total to approximately cover 4 school weeks.   • Create a database and different views, creating alien or planet top trumps (2-4 lessons)

Gymnastics

  • Compose a gymnastic sequence based on a rocket take-off (2-4 lessons)

Dance

  • Compose a choreographed dance motif inspired by space travel (2-4 lessons)

Fitness

  • Sustain activity appropriate periods of time, looking at astronaut’s preparation for space (2-4 lessons)

Christianity

  • Investigate prayer in different religions, creating a prayer to say thank you before boarding a space shuttle (2 lessons)
  • Explain what Jesus taught about prayer, re-writing the Lord’s prayer in a modern format for travel in space (2 lessons)
